Zibadianja Camp - Safari Camp - Selinda Reserve
Zibadianja Camp
Zibadianja must be Africa’s smallest camp! It is situated in the 300,000 acre private
Selinda Reserve midway between Chobe and the Okavango. The camp is located near
the Zibadianja Lagoon, the source of the Savute, in the heart of one of Africa’s
best year-round wildlife areas.
The camp re-opens in April ‘08, completely redesigned with three new, spacious canvas
tents (with a fourth for groups or singles). With a maximum of six guests (or eight
in one group), the emphasis at Zibadianja is on personal hospitality. The tents
have a romantic bedroom, ensuite bathroom and a private lounge. The camp is for
those who prefer luxurious, personal experiences or those who prefer booking an
entire camp for their exclusive use.
Activities at Zibadianja are flexible to suit guest’s interests and when wildlife
viewing is at its best. We are not restricted by the rules of Chobe, so night drives
and walks are part of the offering. All of the Chobe wildlife is present at Zibadianja.
All the plains game can be found here including lechwe, kudu, buffalo, antelope,
hippo, zebra and giraffe. It’s a predator rich including cheetah, wild-dog, lion,
and leopard. A highlight is the massive herds of elephant.
