Trip Itinerary


Day 1 - Flight



Depart for your flight to Johannesburg (excluded).

Day’s 2 to 4 - Livingstone



Arrive Johannesburg and transfer to your flight to Livingstone, the home of the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park or Smoke that Thunders National Park and the famous Victoria Falls. You will be staying at the Riverclub where you can enjoy your next two days taking in the falls, enjoying boat cruises up the mighty Zambezi or for the more adventurous there is white water rafting or even bungi jumping!

Day’s 4 to 6 - Linyanti Concession



After breakfast you will be transferred to the Livingstone Airstrip for your short flight to the Kasane border post where you will clear customs for Botswana and then re board your flight bound for Selinda Camp. Selinda Camp is situated in the Selinda Reserve set between the Okavango Delta and the floodplains of the Linyanti swamps. Selinda Camp is characterised by game rich flood plains which play host to a variety of antelope, zebra, wild dog, lion, cheetah and plenty of elephant.

Day 6 to 8 - Okavango Delta



After your morning game activities and a relaxing breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip for your light aircraft flight from Selinda Camp to one of the Okavango Deltas most remote Camps, Duba Plains. Made famous for it’s lion and buffalo interactions Duba Plains is known for its big game. Apart from good numbers of lion and buffalo, herds of elephant feed on the islands and hippo concentrate in deeper channels. Tsessebe and blue wildebeest dot the plains, while red lechwe are found on the wetter floodplain fringe. A variety of activities include day and night game drives, often tracking the buffalo herd around the concession, and leisurely nature walks. Mokoro trips are also possible in times of good floods - usually only between May and September. Spend the next 2 days participating in the activities on offer at the camp.

Day 8 to 9 - Kwa Zulu Natal



After you leisurely mornings activities and lunch you will be transferred to the local airstrip for your short light aircraft flight to Maun Airport. From here you will fly to Johannesburg and on to Durban where you will collect your hire car from the airport and drive the approximately 1 hour North of Durban to Ballito and the awesome Zimbali Lodge. Take advantage of the fantastic golf course, spa facilities and other activities offered by the lodge or just relax and enjoy the surrounds

Days 9 to 14 - Kwa Zulu Natal



After breakfast you will head North from Zimbali Lodge driving into Zululand and on to the stunning Maputaland Coast and Rocktail Beach Camp where you will spend the next five nights. Rocktail Bay is a magical place of coastal forests, grasslands, bush, shimmering lakes and exquisite sandy beaches. Activities on offer at the lodge and in the area include: off-shore scuba diving, scuba diving courses, trips to Lake Sibiya, turtle tracking (November to January), snorkeling and swimming, excellent bird watching, guided wilderness walks, and Thonga cultural experiences

Day 14 - Flight Home



Depending on when your return journey is, you will be transferred via road to Dares Salaam for your return flight home.
