Kwara Camp is simply heaven on earth, a real wilderness experience. I wish I could have stayed for weeks, it is so relaxing and peaceful. The guiding is exceptional and having a tracker makes a huge difference to your game viewing experience with very little going unnoticed. The Kwara concession has a wide variety of habitat and the game viewing is excellent all year round. It is definitely one of my favourite camps in the Okavango.

Kwara camp is situated on the edge of the permanent waters of the world renowned Okavango Delta in Botswana, and shares a common boundary with Moremi Game Reserve. Due to the specific location of the camp, Kwara is able to offer power boating, mekoro (dug out canoe) trips, walks and game drives – all year round. The spectacular scenery with scattered herds of plains game and the ever-attendant predators helps to enhance your safari. Due to the labyrinth of waterways, islands, seasonal flood plains and bush, Kwara is always interesting and varied.

Accommodation:
8 x luxury tents including honeymoon suite. Most of the tents are raised on teak decks to afford views over the surrounding plains and lagoon. Each tent has its own en suite facilities comprising bathroom with bath and an inside/outside shower.
Activities:
mekoro trips (year round), boat cruises, guided walks and game drives both off road and at night. Fishing is also offered on request.

Children over 12 are accepted without restriction.
