This website is designed to give you a feel for the variety of different experiences on offer in Africa. Many of the tours displayed are to be used as guides on how we recommend visiting that particular location, we can then plan a holiday specifically tailored to your individual requirements. We strongly advise you to speak with our extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff, we take great measures to ensure the very best customer service and we are proud of the consistant feedback we receive.

If you have an idea of what you would like we strongly recommend that you complete a preliminary enquiry form, once we receive your enquiry we will contact you, via phone or email, to refine your holiday to exactly suit your requirements. You can use this website in a variety of ways to gain ideas or to find something that you are interested in. The African Overview page contains some general information about the variety of holiday experiences you can expect throughout Africa. You can use the 'Countries Menu' menu above to browse through particular countries.
You can navigate to the Contact page and send us your requests, our consultants will then begin to tailor make your holiday. Alternatively there are specific enquiry forms for each country (found on almost every page), these enquiry forms give our consultants a head start in planning your holiday by letting us know what kind of activities and locations interest you. If you wish to visit South Africa, we have developed our own itineraries for you too choose from, each one of these holidays has been carefully planned to ensure you get the best value and experience. On accepting your travel quote, we will make the final confirmation of your arrangements and send you a booking form and an invoice detailing your deposit and balance payment details. Upon receiving a completed and signed booking form we will secure your travel arrangements. Please note that this must be accompanied by your non-refundable deposit. We will send you your Travel Pack containing your flight tickets, vouchers for car hire and accommodations as well as your joining instructions two weeks prior to your departure date.
Personal (and company) Cheques: Payment for travel arrangements may be made by personal or company cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Mahlatini.
Bank and Building Society Drafts: These are treated as cash if received at a time when the relevant bank or building society is open and able to verify the cheque. Please note that we require six working days for cheque clearance before travel documents can be issued.
Cash: Please note we advise clients not to post us cash.
Direct credit / bank transfer: Payment may be made from your bank directly to our bank account, please ask your consultant for details of our account and sort code numbers. Mahlatini must be notified of all direct bank payments. All payments must be identified by the clients name and booking number
