8 Day Lewa Downs & the Masai Mara Kenya Safari Itinerary
This relaxed safari itinerary will give you plenty of time to enjoy the Lewa Conservancy, one of Kenya’s most successful private conservation areas, it has been at the forefront of rhino conservation for many years. Combined with a visit to the Mara you would be unlucky not to see the Big 5. The camps are absolutely stunning, perfect for an arm chair safari.
Day 1
On arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta Airport you will be met by a Mahlatini representative and transferred to Ngong House in Nairobi’s Karen district. Optional afternoon city tour.
Accommodation: Overnight at Ngong Housee
Day 2
After breakfast transfer to Wilson Airport for the scheduled air transfer to the Lewa Downs Conservancy. You will be met on arrival for a game drive en route to our luxury mobile tented camp. Afternoon game drive.
Accommodation: Overnight Luxury Tented Camp
Days 3-4
Two full days to explore the conservancy. In addition to conventional game drives you can enjoy a walking safari.

Day 5
After an early morning game drive light aircraft transfer to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. You will be met on arrival and transferred to Olonana Camp. Afternoon game drive.
Accommodation: Overnight at Olonana.
Days 6-7
Two full days to explore the Masai Mara. Optional balloon safari, game drives and walking safaris. Afternoon game drive.
Accommodation: Overnight at Olonana.
Day 8
Early morning transfer to the airstrip for flights to Nairobi for international connections or onward to your chosen beach resort.
Accommodation: Overnight at Olonana.
