Trip Itinerary

Days 1-2

On arrival in Windhoek you will be met by a Mahlatini representative for your light aircraft transfer to Sesriem, in the Namib Naukluft NP. On arrival you will be transferred to Little Kulala Wilderness Camp at the foot of the dunes. The camp is set amongst camel thorn trees and has 8 thatched and canvas chalets, known as kulalas (meaning to sleep). Each chalet has en suite bathroom, a private verandah and your own plunge pool. Mattresses on the flat rooftop are ideal for stargazing in private or you can choose to sleep out under the stars. There is plenty of time to visit the park as the entrance opens at sunrise and this is the best time to see the dunes. Enjoy the amazing scenery of the desert, and maybe take a short walk to Deadvlei, a bizarre collection of ancient camelthorn trees, or climb the nearby dunes.
