Grumeti River Camp
Set on the banks of the Grumeti River from it takes its name, Grumeti is in the
western corridor of the Serengeti National Park.
The camp has 10 huge tents which front onto the river and its hippo pools. They
have en suite facilities and a veranda. The main dining area’s furniture is finished
with vibrantly coloured fabrics and there are loungers around the plunge pool and
deck.
There is excellent resident game to be enjoyed during drives in this area and the
wildebeest migration also moves through on its way from the calving areas to Kenya’s
Masai Mara.
