As you would expect from such a cutting-edge hotel, rooms are stylishly decorated and customized with modern mood lightning options, flat screen TV’s, and centralised speakers in the bathroom. Stunning views with floor to ceiling windows are said to “bring the outside in”. Glass bathrooms with luxury rain showers are totally distinctive and regardless of your room choice, all are spacious and fabulously attired.
Abu Dhabi Deluxe Rooms are 54 square meters and are fitted with customized furniture and custom fabrics. All of the rooms are open plan, but with distinctive areas for relaxing and sleeping. The all glass bathrooms here allow light to filter through and they are fitted with a luxury rain shower.
Executive Rooms are also 54 square metres, executive rooms are located in the Marina Tower of the hotel and have some of the best views the hotel has to offer.

Suite Types
Deluxe Suites are located in the hotels main tower, these luxurious suites feature over 100 square meters of living space, and offer the best views of Yas Island. The ultimate in modern technology with a state of the art home cinema system, remote controlled curtains, and high tech contact free entry systems.
Yas Grand Suites offer views of Yas Marina or The Yas Marina Circuit, these lavishly designed suites encompass 110 square meters of living space.

Executive Suites are located in the Marina Wing, these suites are spacious and perfectly appointed. With over 110 square meters of living space, these suites are the ultimate in luxury and exclusivity. In addition, staying in these rooms offers many complimentary services including private check in and check out, transportation to and from Abu Dhabi International Airport, concierge services and wireless internet access. There is also a choice of international newspapers or magazines, complimentary hot and cold beverages throughout the day and a complimentary buffet breakfast served from 06.30 to 10.30 in our all day dining restaurant, Origins. To cater for those guests staying in the executive suite The Yas provides use of the meeting room for up to 1 hour, with a maximum of 5 guests. To unwind during your stay you could avail of happy hour with complimentary alcoholic beverages and snacks or take advantage of a complimentary spa voucher for use in our award winning ESPA at The Yas Hotel.
Marina Executive Suites have a wrap around balcony presenting the best views of the surrounding Abu Dhabi marina and the Yas marina circuit track. 145 square meters of luxury living space, with separate bedroom, dining and living areas. In the bathroom, a stunning stand alone bathtub sits by the window, to allow for some of the most spectacular views on the Island. The Marina Executive Suites offer a range of multimedia for guests including a home theatre system in the living room, two televisions and facility panels, one for the bedroom and living room and wireless internet access.
