Arabia Overview
Arabia is an exotic and alluring destination designed to tantalise your senses and leave you pleading for more. Dubai is maybe the most popular of the seven sheikhdoms that make up the United Arab Emirates, but its sister nations of Abu Dhabi and Oman are now equal contenders on the tourism front. Whilst Dubai remains as flamboyant as ever, Abu Dhabi rises from the desert coast of the Arabian Gulf and is the Federal Capital of UAE.
Property Development in UAE
There are continuous and widespread building projects taking place in Arabia and notably Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Both Emirates continue to have extremely high tourism rates and hotels will ensure that guests have an enjoyable stay, with the minimum of disruption. Theses building developments are not under the control of Mahlatini and whilst we liaise with our local agent regularly, we cannot always be kept up to date on the most recent developments. Disturbances are usually minimal and will not necessarily have any negative impact on your holiday.

Dubai
Dubai remains at the forefront of UAE tourism for many reasons, notably the incredible investment to its tourism industry. World class hotels, golf courses as well as state of the art water parks and some of the world’s leading attractions are sure to captivate young and old! From the worlds only 7 star hotel to the lost world of Atlantis a holiday in Dubai really does have something for everyone. Adrenaline junkies will thrive on the sand surfing and dune driving, as well as the indoor skiing centre. For those with a tamer holiday in mind, some of the world’s top ten spas are located in Dubai and with miles of stunning beachfront there should be no problem with finding a secluded spot to relax in. Tax free shopping is as essential as a day in a souk, sampling exotic blends of spices and perhaps choosing a new gem for someone special. Dubai is the perfect spot for family vacations, with the Wild Wadi Water Park and the incredible water activities (including swimming with dolphins) the possibilities are endless. It has also been long established as one of the top 10 honeymoon destinations in the world. With reams of white powdery sand, fine wines and haute cuisine, it’s not hard to see how this destination has kept this esteemed title for so long.

Abu Dhabi
Quietly confident, Abu Dhabi has a strong cultural history and was once a pearl fishing port. Stunning sky scrapers and 5* deluxe hotels make for spectacular viewing and the city has a strong connection with sporting and leisure facilities. You will find many people jogging, cycling, rollerblading and walking in one of the city’s 18 parks. The newest addition to the Abu Dhabi sporting scene is the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, to be held here in November 2011. The state of the art race track built at the Yas Marina is one of the most lavish landmarks in Motor racing and is becoming a firm favourite with drivers and F1 fans alike.
Yas Island with its stunning hotels, museums and of course F1 race track is the epitome of what Abu Dhabi has become. A buzzing cosmopolitan lifestyle, catapulted into the limelight by the incredible wealth on show here, this is truly a destination of distinction. A holiday in Abu Dhabi offers amazing Arabian hospitality, pristine beaches, year round sunshine and fantastic lesiure facilities, it is truly an enchanting destination for all. Abu Dhabi is as easily accessible as Dubai with direct flights from many areas of both Europe and the UK.

Oman
Whilst Dubai and Abu Dhabi have now long been established as luxurious destinations, the Sultanate of Oman is now breaking out of its shell and fast becoming the jewel in the Arabian crown. A holiday in Oman offers a totally authentic Arabian experience; Oman has embraced tourism without losing the culture and authenticity that was appealing in the first place. Desert safaris, turtle and bird watching, camel racing and Wadi bashing are just some of the activities that are available in Oman. The enchanting capital of Muscat is truly a magical city offering visitors a truly authentic Arabian experience. Browsing the souks and a visit to the old capital of Nizwa is a must do, whilst there are two Old Portuguese forts which are well worth a visit. Contrary to its neighbours, Oman relies on its ancient architecture and avoids high rise buildings, allowing the discerning visitor to have a truly unique Arabian experience. Honeymooners and families alike can be assured of a very warm welcome in Oman, and for those looking for a once in a lifetime Arabian experience, Oman is not to be missed.
