Chobe Game Lodge is the only permanent game lodge situated within the boundaries of Chobe National Park. The Lodge is built along the banks of the Chobe River and offers un-surpassing views of the Chobe River and floodplains from its numerous communal areas as well as all its guest rooms. Chobe's wildlife roams in abundance and diversity. It is home to the largest concentration of elephant in Africa and during the dry season these herds, as well as large herds of buffalo, congregate along the fertile flood plains of the Chobe River. Magnificent sightings of lion, wild dog, puku, red lechwe, sable, giraffe and roan antelope are also frequent in the area.

  • A major feature of Chobe National Park is its overwhelmingly abundant elephant population. The Chobe elephant herds comprise part of what is probably the largest surviving continuous elephant population remaining on this planet.
  • Game drives are conducted in open sided 4X4 vehicles ensuring maximum visibility, while game viewing on the Chobe River is conducted by small, shallow draft and highly maneuverable boats, perfect for morning or sunset cruises.
  • Enjoy a cruise along the Chobe River on the double-decker river cruiser, the Mosi-oa-Tunya with on board bar & snacks.
Accommodation:
47 rooms in total which are all river facing and air conditioned with overhead fans, complimentary mini bar, en-suite bathrooms and private terrace. There are also 4 river view suites, each with their own plunge pool and a separate lounge area.

No children to share in the Chobe Game Lodge suites. Children aged 16 yrs (inclusive) & younger to share with a parent at all times. Private activities have to be booked for families with children younger than 6 years old at an additional rate, subject to availability.
