Saruni is set in a conservation area bordering the Masai Mara National reserve in Kenya. With accommodation for just 12 people in six spectacular cottages, it offers an intimate and exclusive experience for its guests. Set in a remote valley at the heart of the most exciting Africa Wilderness Saruni offers the thrill of a real adventure lived in harmony with the Masai Warriors of the area. The thatched cottages have large verandas perfect for relaxing game viewing and en suite bathrooms offering guests a 'shower with a view' out over the Masai Plains. Campi ya Tembo is Saruni's deluxe tented camp with 3 double rooms, located 10 km from the main lodge offering guests exclusive activities and a chance to experience the Masai Mara from the inside of a tent.

Location

Saruni is approximately 70 minutes by scheduled flight from Nairobi (Air Kenya flies twice a day to the Mara Safari Club airstrip, 40 minutes of exciting game drive from the camp); 1 hour by private charter from Nairobi to Nwgesi air strip (15 minutes from the camp); 5 hours drive from Nairobi.
