Friday

• 10h00 Depart from Rovos Rail’s station in Capital Park.

• 17h30 Dinner is served en route to Elandslaagte, near Ladysmith.

Saturday

• 05h00 Wake up call for early morning game drive in the Nambiti Private Game Reserve.
• 11h00 Brunch is served in the dining car/s.
• 14h00 Disembark at Estcourt for a choice of excursions: Option 1 – Game drive in Spionkop Game Reserve. Option 2 – Spionkop battlefields escorted tour.
• 18h00 Sundowners overlooking the dam and dinner at Spionkop Lodge.

Sunday

• 07h00 Breakfast is served as the train descends the escarpment en route to Lions River station.
• 10h00 Visit to the famous Ardmore Ceramics gallery including an equestrian display and tea.
• 12h00 The train departs for Pietermaritzburg.
• 16h00 Arrive in Durban.

Durban to Pretoria

Monday

• 10h00 The train departs Durban station.
• 13h00 Lunch is served en route to Lions River station..
• 15h00 Excursion to the famous Ardmore Ceramics gallery including an equestrian display and tea.
• 19h30 Dinner is served as we climb the escarpment for an overnight stop at Ladysmith.

Tuesday

• 05h00 Wake up call for a choice of excursions: Option 1 - Game drive in Spionkop Game Reserve. Option 2 – Spionkop battlefields escorted tour.
• 11h00 Brunch is served in the dining car/s.
• 15h00 Disembark at Elandslaagte for a game drive in the Nambiti Private Game Reserve.
• 15h15 Arrive Malelane for a game drive in the Kruger Park.
• 19h30 Dinner is served in the dining car/s.

Wednesday

• 07h00 Enjoy breakfast and lunch on board as the train traverses the Highveld.
• 13h00 Lunch is served in the dining car/s.
• 16h00 Arrive at Rovos Rail’s Capital Park Station, Pretoria.
