Chintheche Inn is set on the western shores of central Lake Malawi. Palm-fringed beaches and soaring mountains with warm crystal clear waters and fishing villages unchanged for thousands of years are the setting. Lake Malawi's central lakeshore has some of the finest beaches, remnant patches of lowland tropical forest nearby and the Viphya Mountains as dramatic backdrop.

Chintheche Inn is approximately a 1 hour flight from Lilongwe and Club Makalolo, 1 hour and 15 min from Mvuu Wilderness Lodge and 35 min from Chelinda Lodge.
