With only two options the choice really comes down to price and the size of your family / group. The villas are larger with bigger swimming pools and outdoor areas and both residences and villas are fully equipped with all modern facilities.
The Residences offer breathtaking views of the turquoise lagoon or views of the lush golf course with a stunning mountain backdrop. Ideally situated, the residences have the ultimate in privacy and are just a short stroll away from the beach and resort amenities. All include a gourmet, fully-fitted kitchen, a living and dining area, a guest toilet, flat screen TV’s, LCD and DVD, WIFI and broadband access and air conditioning in the whole residence as well as a generous veranda with private step-up plunge pool with infinity edge.
The Villas range from 331 square metres to 485 square metres and are situated on the golf course offering either a view of the lagoon or the beautiful mountains of Mauritius. All the villas include a living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, scullery, covered patio with living/dining area, swimming pool, open deck area and carport.
Note: Private villa hosts are assigned to each villa in order to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The large contemporary kitchen will give you the flexibility to prepare a gourmet meal or alternatively you can dine in the restaurant or 'dial-a-chef' for the evening. The villas offer privacy and the freedom to have it all.
Additional Information
Anahita offers 70 luxury residences with either 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms or a range of luxury villas which have either 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms.

Restaurants & Bars
Anahita offers 3 restaurants, 1 bar and in house dining in the residences and villas.
The gastronomic restaurant Origine overlooks the ocean. It is open for dinners offering a contemporary cuisine inspired by the best products and flavours of Mauritius. The atmosphere in the evenings is chic and romantic. It is also open for casual lunches on the wooden deck. Children are welcome with a children’s menu on hand
Close to the beach and pool facilities, Bliss is the casual open air restaurant. It has a bare foot concept and serves a variety of fresh fish, seafood, grills and family meals. Bliss also organises live cooking and buffet options, special venues and concept for theme dinners.
Cafe Sugar is where you may want to start your day with breakfast or choose from an assortment of light meals throughout the day. Pastries, cakes and breads are available daily and can be delivered to your Residence.
The open-air designed VU Bar takes full advantage of life under the tropics with a variety of refreshments, pre-dinner cocktails or after-dinner drinks. Savour a light lunch or snack on the sandy terrace as well as dinner under the stars. VU becomes a place for entertainment on selected evenings with live bands and special theme evenings.
In Residence / In Villa
Would you like to have a special meal but don't feel like cooking? Why not "dial a chef" who will design your menu in advance, then prepare your meal personally for you in your own kitchen. You can also choose from the "dial a chef" selection. A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for this service.
Meal Basis
Breakfast is included in the room rate: Continental breakfast ONLY will be served in the residence - cooked breakfast will be served in the restaurant. For clients requesting cooked breakfast in residence they may select items from the room service menu and additional charges will be made for these.
Half board is only inclusive in the rate for the one bedroom option (including one bedroom & spa suite) - all other room types are based on BB basis only. Half board is available in either Origine, Bliss and In Residence Dining. Please note some menu items will not be included in the half board options and if chosen will be charged at full price.
The prices for all other residences and villas do not include half board or full board. However, there are several dining options at Anahita, either in your residence / villa or in the Resort Restaurants.
Spa & Treatments
The Anahita Wellness Lounge offers manicures, pedicures, facials, hairstyling and make-up application.
Body wraps and scrubs may be carried out in the wellness kiosk or beach champas while massages may be carried out in the privacy of your own residence / villa or open air beachside champas.

Anahita The Resort is definitely a family friendly resort. The residences and villas come in different sizes to accommodate families or groups of different sizes. They are also perfect if you are travelling with extended family. What is nice is that you don’t need to eat out every day and many meals can be prepared in your own kitchen with groceries bought at the Waterfront Village on site. There are plenty of activities to keep children of all ages occupied and the kid’s club has brilliant facilities, even offering the young ones introductory golf lessons and scuba! Do remember though that the kid’s club comes at a price (unlike other hotels in Mauritius). Anahita is unlike a normal hotel, you are hiring 'apartments' or villas and therefore can spend a lot of time in the privacy of your own space but if you want to join the rest of the residences at the main pool or on the beach you can.

The Kid's Club
OurSpace is a heaven for our younger guests, it is their area to meet new friends and develop new skills. It is managed by qualified nannies with internationally recognised childcare qualifications and adheres to strict safety guidelines. Safety is paramount at OurSpace but closely followed by fun. Action packed days filled with activities including kayaking,tennis sessions, trips to lle Aux Cerf, papier mache modelling, snorkelling, glass bottom boat trips and much, much more...
OurSpace is open daily from 10am to 8pm and cater for children from 8mths to 13yrs. A healthy nutritious 3-course lunch and dinner is included in the price.

The 1 bedroom villas at Anahita The Resort are spectacular for couples. They offer a private infinity pool, and open deck as well as a lounge, dining area and kitchen for private dining. The ‘dial a chef’ option is good fun where a personal chef will come to your room to serve you a fabulous meal. The decor is very modern and luxurious and the entire resort offers so much to do. If you are golfers this will be heaven for you. We really love the laid back beach bar and its great cocktails. Anahita is a top class resort for people looking for the ultimate in privacy and excellent service. For an added extra why not go for the 1 bedroom residence with spa suite.
