The rooms at Long Beach all have a sea view and are furnished to a very high standard. Cool whites and crisp greens make for a pleasant stay. For honeymooners and couples, the superior beach front rooms are a perfect choice offering a little bit more privacy from the main resort. For families, the family rooms here are fantastic. Large enough to accommodate two adults and a separate bedroom and bathroom area will accommodate three children.
The Long Beach hotel caters fully for families and couples and there are various rooms you can choose from. All rooms have a sea view and the standard-sea view rooms are closer to the resort amenities such as the piazza and restaurants. The family rooms are perfect for families with more than one child, offering a more spacious environment for the duration of your stay.
The Standard Sea-View Rooms are 60m². They can accommodate two adults and an extra bed for either a third adult or a child. Cots are also available. There will be 84 interconnecting standard rooms.
The Family Rooms are 86.4m². Family Rooms have king-sized beds and can accommodate two adults. A separate room can accommodate up to three children and is furnished with two sofa beds with a separate shower and toilet for kids.
The Superior Beach-Front Rooms are 64m². Superior Rooms can accommodate two adults and an extra bed for either a third adult or a maximum of two children sharing. Cots are also available. There will be 56 interconnecting superior rooms.
The Deluxe Beach-Front Suites are 132m² . The ground floor deluxe beach-front suites are situated right on the ocean, facing the most beautiful natural creek. These suites can accommodate two adults and an extra bed for either a third adult or a child.

Resort Facilties
Wi-Fi access is available throughout the resort at an extra charge. Three dedicated terminals with e-mail and internet access are provided in the business centre public areas. There is also a fully stocked library.

Hotel Interchange
Guests staying at Long Beach for a minimum of seven nights are entitled to spend two nights during their stay in a superior room at either Sugar Beach or La Pirogue. The booking must be made at the hotel reception within 72 hours of the guest's arrival.

Spa & Treatments
Sea Spa is tailor-made for Long Beach – salubrious, fit and intelligent. Destination treatments are developed around Thali' (sens, an original concept from French-based marine cosmetology and thalassotherapy specialist Thal'ion. This unique concept opens a whole new world of senses and experiences. There are 12 treatment rooms including doubles. The outdoor spa pavilion is the ideal setting for massages overlooking the lagoon. Included is the Beauty Parlour – with hair salon, manicure and pedicure – a relaxation area and shopping and a Hammam. Facilities on offer include:
Long Beach is the perfect family resort. Large enough to still maintain a level of spaciousness, there is so much going on here that all the family will be entertained day or night. Four your little ones there is a superb fully staffed kid’s club with many age appropriate activities and a large stage area where every night they put on a little show for the parents. For the teens there is a superb teens club and many sporting activities including football and volleyball and even pizza nights at the club to keep them happy! For mum and dad the state of the art spa and world renowned golf course should provide you with a few days of bliss whilst the kids are off making new friends. All in all we think this is a fantastic family resort.

Kids Club
Angels Kids Club is located in the Sports Centre and runs exciting and imaginative daily fun programmes with age-appropriate activities, facilities and amenities, twelve hours a day. It has its own 33m² pool and kids can enjoy tennis, windsurfing and swimming clinics as well as environmental excursions and visit of places of interest.
Dinner time provides a special event every evening for kids, with a selection of menus, buffets and barbecues under the supervision of specially trained hostess. Lunch is arranged at a nominal charge.
Open daily from 9 am to midday, from 2 pm to 5 pm and from 7 pm to 10 pm. Free for all children from 4-11 years.
Babysitters – available at an extra charge – are required for children of 2 and 3 years.
Teenager Facilities
The 148m² Waves Teens Club, is located in the Sports Centre, offers free membership for 12-17 year olds with a special programme of sports and recreation as well as adventure outings and excursions. Regular evening get-togethers are organised, including beach barbeques around a campfire, and pizza nights at the Italian restaurant. Facilities include a juice bar, a Cyber Café with electronic games, Baby foot, pool tables, table tennis and flippers games.

Pools
The 1400m² main heated pool and the 343m² fresh pool with surrounding decks offer exercise and relaxation for all ages. There is a lap pool for the more energetic swimmers at the Sports Centre.
The 87 hectare Ile Aux Cerfs has a coastline of little bays, inlets and promontories - natural undulating topography, volcanic rock outcrops, lakes and gullies, and a variety of tropical trees and plants. The course covers 38 hectares and is the longest in Mauritius, with the holes snaking up and down the length of the island.

Golf at Long Beach
Long Beach guests have a preferential access to Le Touessrok Golf course, beautiful par-72 championship course designed by Bernhard Langer on Ile aux Cerfs up the coast. There is also a Golf Academy on the golf course which offers a state-of-the-art teaching and practice facility.
Golf carts are compulsory for all players at Ile aux Cerfs. A free shuttle service will be available to Le Touessrok golf course every day.
All 18 holes have views of the ocean - some with glimpses across clearings through the trees; others by coming close to the shore. Expansive white sand bunkers and water set off the natural backdrop of trees and vegetation perfectly. Water is an essential feature of the course. There are nine lakes in all, and three of the holes require tee shots across sea inlets to the fairways.

Long Beach offers a great variety of eating experiences. They range from Asian to relaxed beach chic, from sophisticated show cuisine to Italian deli. There are three restaurants on the Piazza, with outdoor and indoor seating, and two other restaurants on the beach.
Restaurant Information
Long Beach offers 4 restaurants and 5 bars.
Le Marché is a cooking-dining arena, where a high level of cooking activity in the seven open kitchens makes dining a truly theatrical experience. The interactive array, different lights, colours, music and aromas combine to make a feast for the senses. The theme of this area avoids the usual buffet restaurant feel.

Italian Cuisine
Sapori: The main aim of this Italian restaurant is to showcase small-scale producers of high-quality foods and beverages. Surrounding and within the food court, tins of olive oil, sacks of flour, logs of provolone, braids of garlic, colourful local peppers and baskets of fresh bright produce will create a 'fresh from the farm' ambience, integral component of this concept.

Japenese Cuisine

Tides will feature the amazing selection of fresh fish from waters around the world and also close to home. The adjoining feet-in-the-sand club and bar serves original snacks in top gastro pub style and signature cocktail creations.

Tides Pool & amp; Beach Bar Pool-side refreshments, local island cocktails made from the finest Mauritian rum and a full list of international drinks. Traditional 5 o'clock tea is served with a selection of fine teas, cakes and homemade pancakes.
