Our Comments and Suggestions on choosing a Room Type:
With only 61 rooms Paradise Cove is definitely ‘boutique’ for Mauritius. There isn’t much difference in the rooms to be honest other than size. All the rooms are accessed from the exquisite and very fragrant gardens and have a terrace or balcony overlooking the sea. Honeymooners tend to go for the 1001 Rooms as they are situated on the upper floors and the decor is very romantic. The Junior Suites are only larger as they also include a small sitting area. We must point out that the Eastern decor in all the rooms is very unique and may not be to everyone’s tastes.
The Pondicherry Rooms are 50 m² and are situated on the ground or first floor. They are characterized by a sumptuous fuchsia or mauve lotus flower which seems to stick out of the cerused anise green or turquoise headboard of the king size bed in contrast with the cream walls and beige marbled floor.
The 1001 Nights Rooms are also 50 m² and are situated on the 1st or 2nd floor. The bed nestled in a recess fitted with lateral mirrors lies against a fuchsia background fitted into carved and latticed wood. The draped flimsy curtains, the silky cushions in pink and green tones as well as a sumptuous Indian lamp hanging from the ceiling contribute a lot to the intimate and refined atmosphere of these rooms devoted to the idyllic celebration of love.
The Junior Suites are 60 m² on ground and 1st floor and have a magnificent view over the cove and the beach. They are elegant and roomy and the decor provides an intimate, cosy and romantic atmosphere.
The Senior Suites "Maharani & Maharajah" are 90 m² on the ground floor and offer a more spacious bathroom and living room as well as and two terraces opening on the beach and the garden. Their rustic and colonial style rests on elegance and beauty.

Paradise Cove offers 3 restaurants and 1 bar.
The main restaurant La Belle Créole – that overlooks the swimming pool– is open every day for an American breakfast buffet and table d’hôte dinner/buffet, which showcases the diversity of Creole, Indian and international cuisine. The gazebos on the terrace are an invitation to a romantic dinner in enhanced privacy.
The panoramic restaurant Bikini Bar - on the rocky peninsula with a splendid view on the ocean and the five islets off the coast – opened for lunch serves cocktails, seafood grills and salads right on the waterfront or in little secluded kiosks, along the fine sandy path, near the steps carved in basalt rocks leading to the sea and the boat house or else in love nests that protect your privacy...
The romantic restaurant La Cocoteraie – small huts for two built on stilts right on the beach amidst a coconut grove – welcomes lovers for a romantic candlelit dinner to the sounds of the bubbling cascade and lapping waves of the cove. You can enhance the pleasure of savouring seafood and local specialties by dressing up for that special occasion in typical Maharadjah or Maharani costumes.
The cocktail bar – Cozy Corner is the heart of the residence. Overlooking the swimming pool, the golden sandy beach of the cove and the gardens, it is the central meeting place all day long. After sunset it welcomes guests for pre-dinner drinks or convivial get-togethers during after-dinner musical shows.
Spa & Treatments
Paradise Cove Hotel & Spa proposes the palette of world rituals from the Parisian group "Spa Cinq Mondes": Indian ayurvedic or Taoist Chinese massages, tropical aroma and flower baths, hammam, face care and massage... the personalised treatments are given by a team trained to "Cinq Mondes" techniques and use dermatologically tested cosmetics which are free from silicon, mineral oils and artificial colouring.
The programs "slimming and firming", "anti-stress", "tropical tan" or "bliss for two" have been designed not only to boost your energy and vitality but also to be special moments of serenity and happiness during your stay.

Paradise Cove is the type of place you go it if you want some time alone as a couple. The biggest selling point of the hotel is the 'love nets' which are jotted on top of the rocky peninsula. These are individual lounger beds covered by a thatched roof. They look out over the ocean or the private cove in which the hotel is built. They are perfect for providing seclusion and privacy. The beach itself is very small and private. The romantic restaurant Le Cocoteraie (small individual huts for two right on the beach) is simply stunning and a meal here would provide lasting memories. We highly recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway.
Honeymoons
Paradise Cove offers a brilliant honeymoon special for most of the year whereby the bride stays free. In addition to this all honeymooners will receive the following on arrival in their rooms:

Anniversaries
Paradise Cove also offers specials for people celebrating special wedding anniversaries.
- Above 10 years wedding anniversary: 30% reduction for the bride
- The couple is offered a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival and a wedding cake on the day of their anniversary (for wedding anniversaries of less than 25 years)
- Special Silver Anniversary: Bottle of sparkling wine, wedding cake and upgraded candlelight dinner, bottle of "rum arrangé", Chef Delights on the day of the arrival, 1 plate of seasonal fruits during the stay, homemade jam.
