Namutoni Camp, Namiba


Namutoni Camp is located in the eastern side of Etosha National Park. It centres on an old German Fort, overlooking the King Nehale waterhole. The Fort area is for pedestrian access only, and an elevated decked walkway along the water-hole facing wall will provide opportunities for enjoying the surrounding scenery, wildlife and the spectacular sunsets.

Namutoni Camp is approximately 5 – 5 ½ hour drive from Windhoek.

Holiday to South Africa during February 2011

South Africa Review

We have been to South Africa before in February/March when it is the depths of winter in the UK. Envigorating to get away from our dismal weather and the South Africans we have met have always made us welcome. Where we have been, we have alway felt safe although we have clearly avoided the townships...
