Day 1 - 2:

On arrival at Windhoek International Airport you will be met by a Mahlatini representative for your light aircraft transfer to Doro Nawas in the Central Damaraland. On arrival at the airstrip you will be met and transferred to Doro Nawas Camp.

Doro Nawas rests on a small hill on the edge of the dry Aba-Huab River overlooking ancient plains with glorious views of the rugged Damaraland area within the starkly beautiful Doro Nawas Conservancy. The main building is perched on the top of a small hill providing an unspoilt panoramic view of this diverse and dramatic landscape, which varies from tabletop outcrops, small canyons, and dry riverbeds to savannah and grassland vistas.

Doro Nawas is an excellent base for exploring the local area in game drive vehicles and on foot, taking in the spectacular views and desert scenery in search on the desert adapted elephant. A highlight is the fascinating expedition to Twyfelfontein, Namibia's first World Heritage Site, with its renowned San art engravings, and the largest collection of petroglyphs - prehistoric rock art - in Africa.

2 x Overnights at Doro Nawas Camp (All Inclusive)
Day 3 - 5:

Early morning light aircraft transfer to one of the most remote areas in Namibia, Kaokoland. Situated on a lush green island in the Kunene river on the furthest border of the Skeleton Coast National Park overlooking Angola, Serra Cafema is one of Namibia's most remote luxury lodges.

Rapids just below camp provide a calming ambiance; guests fall asleep to the sound of rushing water, while by day they explore one of the driest deserts in the world. Serra Cafema gets its Portuguese name from the mountains that dominate the northern skyline, and shares the area with the Himba people, amongst the last true nomads in Africa.

The variety of activities to explore the breathtaking landscape includes informative nature drives that tread lightly on the fragile habitats and boating on the Kunene River, where crocodiles and waterbirds seem out of place in this moonscape environment. Walking in the remote mountain and river valleys are also a highlight, as is a visit to a Himba settlement, should the nomadic people be in the area. One of the highlights of Serra Cafema is the carefully guided quad bike excursions that tread lightly on the dunes, while allowing guests to experience a true desert. The fairy circle phenomenon is best viewed in the Hartmann's Valley.

3 x Overnights at Serra Cafema Lodge (All Inclusive)
Day 6 - 8:

Continue south by light aircraft to Little Ongava located on the southern border of Etosha. Many fascinating species can be found in Etosha, and you may hope to see animals including lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, giraffe, zebra & antelope in addition to many bird species. Little Ongava is located in a private nature reserve bordering the Etosha National Park.

In addition to the early morning and late afternoon game drives that are offered from the lodge into Etosha itself, you will be able to enjoy viewing the many species present around the lodge grounds. The waterhole situated in front of the main deck provides the perfect place to relax and watch the movements of the many animals quenching their thirst.

3 x Overnights at Little Ongava (All Inclusive)
Day 9 - 11:

Fly southwards today from Little Ongava to Little Kuala situated in the private 37 000-hectare Kulala Wilderness Reserve - the gateway to Namibia's Sand Sea with its towering red dunes and clear starry skies. Offered at the camp are early morning guided game drives to the spectacular towering dunes of Sossusvlei are through a private gate into the reserve. Sossusvlei is situated within the Namib Desert, the oldest desert in the world. Its huge red dunes and flat valley floors make up the archetypical view of the Namib that is world famous. Guided drives and walks are also offered on the private Kulala Wilderness Reserve with incredible views, desert-adapted wildlife and plants. On one of the days at Little Kulala you will depart very early from camp for your balloon safari soaring over the Sossusvlei dunes before landing for a champagne breakfast.

3 x Overnights at Little Kulala (All Inclusive)
