The 250 rooms and suites are lavishly decorated and provide a very high standard of accommodation, and most of the rooms have a view of the Gulf of Oman. The rooms are finished in Islamic and continental style and all offer exclusive butler service and wide range of amenities. CD and DVD players, mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities come as standard in each room and all rooms have a balcony. The hotel’s 50 suites are spacious and ultra luxurious, and if you book a Lagoon room; you can step right out of the door and onto a lagoon pool. Interconnecting rooms are also available for families.
Bustan Studio Rooms are located on the third floor, these 60sqm rooms have private balconies overlooking the palatial gardens and are decorated in calming hues of blue and green.
Deluxe Sea View Rooms are located on the 5th and 6th floors of the hotel and have private balconies overlooking the Sea of Oman. Muted soothing earth tones and colours provide the setting for these stunning rooms.
Deluxe Mountain View Rooms are as the Sea View rooms, but have views overlooking the stunningly rugged Al Hajjar Mountains.
Al Bustan Lagoon Rooms are located on the first floor of the hotel, these rooms offer private access to a Lagoon Pool. Beautifully decorated these are spacious rooms with stunning views.
Al Bustan Garden View Rooms are located on the 3rd floor these rooms have private balconies overlooking the Palatial Gardens.

Our Comments and Suggestions on Dining at Al Bustan Palace
The Al Bustan Palace has an enviable reputation for dining and the hotels impressive restaurants offer a variety of delectable dishes from all over the world. The restaurants range from modern European cuisine to Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine and international buffet themed nights include Italian and Indian fayre. In addition to the main restaurants the hotel also features specialised restaurants for classic afternoon tea, and pool bars for light lunches and refreshments.
Al Marjan Bistro
A stylish and authentic restaurant, serving distinctively French cuisine. The bistro offers an elegant ambience and is inspired by classics which showcase French culinary tradition and technique. To that end, the chefs have created a menu that celebrates traditional French favourites using the freshest and most seasonal ingredients.
Al Khiran Terrace restaurant
Overlooking Sea of Oman, the award winning Al Khiran is the all-day indoor and outdoor dining restaurant. Serving a scrumptious buffet breakfast and an international lunch buffet with live cooking stations there is plenty of choice for everyone. For dinner, guests can enjoy the special themed buffet nights on a daily basis. An a la carte menu is also available.
China Mood
Serving authentic Chinese cuisine in the heart of Oman, China Mood has claimed its position as one of the top Asian restaurants in the region. The kitchen team has been especially recruited to guarantee authenticity in the food preparation and the right mix of flavours.
Beach Pavilion Restaurant & Bar
Set by the sea, Beach Pavilion is an outdoor and indoor specialty restaurant serving the freshest local seafood and the finest imported fish which is specially flown-in daily. Dining beneath the stars is also a wonderful experience for the guests.
Seblat Al Bustan
Seblat Al Bustan is a unique seasonal dining venue with traditional Omani cuisine. The only restaurant in Oman of its kind, Seblat Al Bustan is a truly special dining experience in a tented Bedouin village set-up in the date plantation located on hotel grounds. Live Omani music, folk dancing, bread making, henna and handicrafts are on display. A shuttle bus is arranged from the hotel entrance.

Suite Types
Our Comments and Suggestions on choosing a Suite:
Executive Mountain View Suites are stylishly appointed, these suites overlook the Al Hajjar Mountains and feature a separate sitting room with dining area. With a separate dressing area and spacious bathroom, these suites are ideal for honeymooners or those travelling with children and requiring a little extra space.
Executive Sea View Suites are as Mountain View Suites, but with private balconies overlooking the sea of Oman.
Presidential Mountain View Suites are stunningly luxurious suites & feature 2 master bedrooms, a large sitting room and dining area. Private balconies overlook the rugged mountains and at 300sqm perfect for larger families.
Presidential Sea View Suites are similar to the Presidential Mountain view suite, but with stunning panoramic views of the glistening Gulf of Oman.
