Our Comments and Suggestions on choosing a Room Type:
The Junior Suites are all located on South Beach and The Senior Suites are located on North Beach together with the villas. It is easy to get between the two beaches with buggies. The reception and main hotel areas are all situated on South Beach. There isn’t much difference between the two, other than location and size. In our opinion neither beach is better or worse so if budget doesn’t stretch to higher rooms the junior suite will be more than sufficient.
The Junior Suites are divided into blocks of about 8 rooms. Each cluster of rooms has its own designated pool. All are sea facing but this doesn’t necessarily mean that you have a sea view as there are rows of trees which may block your view. There are 3 restaurants nearby and the junior suites are closer to the main part of the hotel.
The Family Villas are spaciously designed and stylishly decorated. They consist of three bedrooms (one master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two other bedrooms sharing one bathroom). The courtyard has a private swimming pool as well as an outside dining kiosk.
The Family Villas are all in a cluster resembling a village. They are all situated on North Beach. More water sports are done from this beach so this is an advantage for families.
The Beach Villas are situated on the North beach of Port Launay. These two bedroom villas offer the ultimate beachside accommodation. Each is spaciously designed and stylishly decorated. The Beach Villas are so named because they would be closer to the beach than other room types. They are not directly on the beach however.
The Hillside Villas are overlooking the Port Launay Marine Park. They offer either one or two bedrooms and feature their own private pool. These are EXTREMELY private villas, the most private of all the rooms at the hotel.
The Spa Villas have one bedroom with spacious en-suite bathroom, private swimming pool, pergola for relaxation. The bathroom is the main focal point as it features both the treatment area and the bath area. The meditation and calm zones of the villa are ideal for relaxation and reading. The bedroom is the retreat point of the villa for a deep and refreshing sleep.
This villa is out of this world but very pricey unfortunately. It would particularly suit honeymoon couples.
The Presidential Villa offers a breathtaking view of the ocean. As well as the usual facilities the Presidential villa has its own gym, a private spa, private pool and deck and outdoor dining kiosk.

The Junior Suite is 62 m2 and The Suite Suite is 80m2. Both room types are for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 sofa bed (1 child under 12 years)

The Family Villas are 350 m2 for a maximum of 6 persons (+ 1 child under 12 years)

The Beach Villas are 370 m2 for a maximum of 4 adults + 2 sofa beds (2 children under 12 years)

The Hillside Villas are 120 m2 for a maximum of 2 adults. The 2 bedroom Hillside Villas are 220 m2 for a maximum of 4 adults.

The Spa Villas are 330 m2 for a maximum of 2 adults

The Presidential Villa is 980 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 adults.
The 3 bedroom Presidential Villa features: LCD TV, mac mini (iPod connection, CD & DVD), complimentary WIFI, mini wine cooler with a selection of wine, mini bar, tea and coffee facilities. The Presidential villa has its own gym, a private spa, private pool and deck and outdoor dining kiosk.

Restaurants
Corossol “Live” is the main half board restaurant on South Beach serving international food in a buffet style. The main focus is the live cuisine creating interaction between the chefs and the guests. The buffet which is fully air-conditioned offers different sections - an Asian station with wok and tandoori action, as well as Asian noodles, central station featuring a beautiful pizza oven, pasta station, grill and plancha, to name just a few. Desserts in “Corossol” are not to be missed... The dining room is spread around in different modules, and features various types of seating, offering a large variety of ambiances, including “al fresco” setting. At breakfast, enjoy a wide selection of freshly baked homemade breads and pastries. Open for breakfast and dinner.
Helios “Mediterranean” is a buffet restaurant on the South Beach. A casual chic restaurant with its main feature being a large wood-burning oven. Open for lunch and based on a buffet service with influences from the South of France, Italy, Spain, Morocco, Lebanon, etc... Tapas, mezze, antipasti, are followed by thin and crispy pizzas, whole fishes and dishes baked in the oven in cast iron dishes. A wide range of creative pasta is also on offer. For desserts, “Helios” boasts a selection of creative ice creams and sundaes. Snacks and “lunch time favourites” are also available. Open for lunch from 12h00 to 15h00. Tea/pancake and ice-cream service from 15h00 to 17h00. Open for dinner for special evenings only.
Adam & Eve…“Ethnic Grill” is an a la carte grill restaurant on the South Beach. Situated next to the Junior suites with a very relaxed and cool atmosphere with its sand flooring and design inspired by Africa and the granite rocks of the Seychelles. Its open kitchen offers a selection of creative salads, a large selection of skewers and quality meats and fish dishes grilled or cooked “à la plancha” in front of the guests. Another speciality of this restaurant is the “native” breads that are prepared and cooked on site and served with our signature “chutney”.
A selection of snacks and “lunch time favourites” are also available. Beach Menu available between 12h00 to 17h00. Open for lunch from 12h00 to 15h00. Open for dinner for special themed evenings.
Cyann “Signature cuisine” is the speciality à la carte restaurant on North Beach. Cyann is the “haute cuisine” restaurant of the resort, unique in its concept and design. Located at the bottom of the Hillside villas, this restaurant offers a beautiful view over Port Launay marine park. Casual chic for lunch, the restaurant turns into an elegant and refined venue in the evening, and proposes a selection of signature dishes, that combine the precision of French culinary techniques with the lightness and flavours of local and Asian influences. Low calorie dishes are also available. A sushi bar, situated near the pool, offers the best quality fish for lunch and dinner. Do not miss the wine cellar that boasts a selection of the best vintages from the Old and New worlds. The Chef’s table experience, allows guests to enjoy the action of the kitchen, as well as a specially created menu.

Seselwa “Cuisine des Iles” is a casual all day à la carte restaurant on North Beach. Designed with white furniture and brightly coloured cushions, it evokes freshness and the festive spirit of Seychelles. Breakfast is served buffet style. At lunch and dinner, Creole specialities are proposed and the freshest seafood is grilled in front of the guests on the central grill. Flavours of the Islands and the very best ingredients are the words that best describe the Seselwa culinary style. A selection of snacks and “lunch time favourites” are also available. Open for breakfast on a buffet style with à la carte options. Open for lunch from 12h00 to 15h00. Beach Menu available between 12h00 to 17h00. Open for dinner from 19h30 to 22h30.
Bars
Zee Bar features three distinctive ambiances, and offers an extensive selection of drinks as well as a very creative range of cocktails, specially designed by our mixologist. In the evening, enjoy live music and dancing in the casual area next to the bar or relax in the quieter and more elegant bar lounge or enjoy star gazing, comfortably laid on the bar beds elegantly aligned on the external wooden deck.
Helios Bar is located next to pool 1, facing the beach and adjacent to Helios restaurant. As well as a classic selection of drinks and cocktails, the bartender specializes in freshly brewed ice teas, and a wide range of coffee drinks, both hot or cold.
Adam & Eve Bar is situated next to pool 3, facing the beach and adjacent to the Adam & Eve Ethnic grill. It specializes in fresh fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, natural and healthy drinks, as well as “local” drinks served in green coconuts.
Cyann Bar is the most elegant in the resort, it features a unique selection of aged rums from around the world and single malt whiskies, as well as rare spirits, saké and a sophisticated range of cocktails. Guests can also enjoy a glass of wine, especially selected by our sommelier and served from the glass cellar. The deck of Cyann bar is the perfect place to enjoy a Cuban cigar while enjoying the evening breeze...
Seselwa Bar Located right on beautiful North Beach, and casually surrounded by relaxed seating, Seselwa bar is the place to enjoy a chilled beer or a tropical cocktail while listening to Creole tunes and socializing with other guests. Seselwa bar is lively and busy. “No shoes” dress code applies!

Ephélia for Families
Constance Ephelia welcomes children and all of the villas can accommodate children in various capacities.
The mini club is a multifunctional area comprising a games room and a dining area. It welcomes children from 4 to 12 years old between 9h00 and 22h00. Indoor and outdoor activities are organised daily as well as excursions.
A daily program is proposed under supervision and children menus are available on request. Baby-sitting can be arranged on request (payable).
The Ephelia Resort offers a brilliant Children’s Special valid between the 1st May and the 1st Aug and the 1st Sept to the 20th Oct where one child under 12 years in extra bed sharing adults room (single or double Junior or Senior Suite) or Villa stays free of charge on same basis adults are booked (one child in extra bed per room per villa)

Anniversaries
The above discounts and extras will also apply to those couples celebrating their 10th and subsequent anniversaries at 5 year intervals. The stay must not be more than 6 months prior or after the date of the anniversary.
Meal Basis
The meal basis is Bed & Breakfast. Guests staying in the Junior Suites are entitled to breakfast buffet at the main restaurant "Corossol". Guests staying in the senior suites and villas are entitled to breakfast buffet at the beach restaurant "Seselwa". Continental breakfast can be served in suite/ villa with a tray charge. Various options are available from à la carte menu at extra costs.
Guests also have the option to upgrade to Half Boardto include dinner. For guests staying in Junior Suites dinner is buffet at the main restaurant "Corossol" only. For guests of the senior suites and villas dinner is buffet at the main restaurant "Corossol" or half board meal option at the beach restaurant "Seselwa" (upon reservation).
A half board meal option may also be available for all room types as per weekly programme at either Adam & Eve or Helios Restaurants.
