Our Comments and Suggestions on choosing a Room Type:
Our feeling is that if you want the experience of Lemuria but can’t stretch yourselves to a senior suite, the junior suites are more than sufficient and will not disappoint. There is no major advantage to choosing the senior suite in terms of location of the rooms. The rooms are all sweep down the beach in a long row. It is just a matter of size really and having whirlpool bath and separate lounge area. All of the rooms are luxurious and all enjoy the same benefits of the resort.
Certainly if you want to push the boat out and really spoil yourselves or you are travelling with a group or family you may want to consider the villas which are the ultimate in luxury.
The Junior Suites are each 52 m2. They constructed in wood, marble, limestone and pink granite. Each suite is designed in a minimalist, yet luxurious style with large bathrooms and a fully furnished terrace/balcony with private dining space.
The Senior Suites are each 115 m2 and are exceptionally spacious. Each lavishly appointed room has all the facilities as described for junior suites but in addition have a bath tub with whirlpool in the master bathroom, separate lounge with shower/WC and a double size terrace/balcony.
The Villas are each 725 m2 and are perfect for families or couples alike. The 2 bedroom villas are situated at the southern tip of Anse Kerlan. The bedrooms lead directly into the gardens and beach just metres away.
Each of the 2 bedrooms with spacious en-suite bathroom, outdoor shower/bath, living-/dining area with TV and Playstation® (free of charge, on request), kitchenette for the Villa Master and service staff. The living room leads directly outside to a dining area sunken into the private swimming pool and a personal relaxation and massage pavilion. Villa Masters take care of every requirement throughout the guests’ stay, delivering an experience beyond expectation.
The Presidential Villa is 1250 m2 with 3 bedrooms. The villa rests on the southern tip of Anse Kerlan. A private hotel within a hotel designed and crafted to deliver a completely unique experience not found anywhere else in the Seychelles or perhaps the world. A master suite including its own terrace bathroom with private whirlpool, sauna and steam bath. 2 further suites accommodate 3 multi-level pools which surround the buildings with steps leading to a private beach. Endless features such as a fully equipped office are included within the villa and a private staff, chef and security remove the need to be anywhere else in the world.

Each of the suites is oriented towards the Indian Ocean within 101 hectares of land. The suites lie scattered along two pristine beaches, to both the southwest and northwest. Restaurants & Bars
Lémuria The Resort offers 3 restaurants and 4 bars.
Restaurants
The Legend is the main restaurant. Located in the main building, it offers in a refined and relaxed atmosphere daily breakfast buffet as well as dinner buffets, themed evenings and à la carte menus. For lunch, there are light dishes, sandwiches, burgers and pastas.
The Seahorse Restaurant offers for dinner a new French fine dining menu combined with the contemporary Seychelles cuisine ina refined atmosphere overlooking the golf course. A superb view of the 11th green fringed by water and reflecting the surroundings unfolds in front of the restaurant.
The Beach Bar & Grill offers breathtaking views to the beach of Petite Anse Kerlan and is the hotel’s seafood restaurant with a Creole touch atmosphere. An à la carte selection offers the catch of the day, seafood specialities as well as an extensive dinner menu.
Bars
The Legend Bar is located alongside the lobby and overlooking the gardens and the Indian Ocean, the Legend Bar offers a choice of morning coffee, afternoon tea, cocktails, aperitifs and digestives as well as a selection of cigars.
The Seahorse Bar is located in the Seahorse Restaurant, this bar offers a range of drinks and refreshments for diners and golfers.
The Pool Bar is sunken into the swimming pool and this bar offers a choice of light lunches, cocktails and refreshments in a casual and relaxed environment.
The Beach Bar is set on top of the small Peninsula and overlooks both the Grande Anse and Petite Anse Kerlan beaches offering a variety of exotic juices and cocktails
Spa & Fitness Centre
Le Spa de Constance” is set within swaying palm trees and bamboo plantations and is an oasis of calm & tranquillity, an escape from the more energetic pursuits available at Lémuria. Products and equipment are provided by Shiseido and a comprehensive range of beauty treatments is available to take you away to another world. The famous “Qi” method with hot oshiboris (towels) of Shiseido is used for facials and body treatments.
Additionally “Le Spa de Constance” offers a full range of other treatments from Swedish massage to hydrotherapy and Indian Ayurvedic. Therapies can be taken within the many treatment locations, including the private pool villas.Our teams of international therapists also offer furthermore, massages for couples, and an extensive range of products.

Lémuria for Families
Constance Lemuria welcomes children.
The Turtle Club has a games room and dining area and welcomes children between 4 and 12 years of age. Indoor and outdoor activities with focus on environmental enrichment are organised daily under supervision of our trained staff. Children’s menus are available on request. Baby-sitting can be arranged at an additional cost.
The Lemuria Resort offers a brilliant Children’s Special valid between the 1st May and the 1st Aug and the 1st Sept to the 20th Oct where one child under 12 years in extra bed sharing adults room (single or double Junior or Senior Suite) or Villa stays free of charge on same basis adults are booked (one child in extra bed per room per villa)

It's a tough course but has some really good holes. It is certainly a test of your abilities. It is a very hilly course and for this reason you have to retain buggies. There are some lovely views and at one point you can take a break from your golf to visit a scheduled beach voted the 2nd most beautiful in the world!
Golf
This 18-hole championship Golf Course, a Par 70 was opened on 1st of October 2000, covering an area of 5,556 m. It offers a great challenge to all levels of players, professionals and amateurs alike. This spectacular course borders the enchanting beaches of both the Small Kerlan Cove and the Grand Kerlan Cove. Palm trees, allowing the light to intermittently filter through, fringe the first 12 holes. From the 13th hole, the course extends over the steep slopes of a thickly forested hill, with breathtaking vistas.
- Green fee free of charge and any other golfing equipment payable on the golf course.
- Club cars are payable and mandatory on the Lemuria Golf course.

Lemuria offer s a very attractive Honeymoon Special. During the following months there is a 50% discount for the spouse (staying in junior and senior suites) and 30% discount on global villa rate on an a la carte supplement.

Anniversaries
The above discounts and extras will also apply to those couples celebrating their 10th and subsequent anniversaries at 5 year intervals. The stay must not be more than 6 months prior or after the date of the anniversary.
Meal Basis
The meal basis is typically Bed & Breakfast. Guests also have the choice to upgrade to Half Board. Guest booked on half-board basis are entitled to a special three course meal (starter/ main course/ dessert) in one of the two restaurants (Legend or Seahorse Restaurant) or theme buffet whenever available.

- Half-board supplement for dinner is optional and cannot be replaced by lunch.
- Extra supplements are applicable for special dinners such as Candle Light Dinner or special dishes with Lobster or Caviar.
