Location

Makakatana Bay Lodge is approximately 2 to 3 hours drive up the coast from Durban. It is also possible fly to Richard’s Bay, the nearest commercial airport, 1 hour’s drive away.

You can also do the following activities at a supplement: whale watching; deep sea fishing; lake fishing and fly fishing; horse safaris; scuba diving; kayaking safaris; turtle tours and helicopter tours.

A rather green time of year - we preferred the spectacular colours of November time Weather excellent and we had a great time
