Kurland is just my cup of tea. The Estate oozes class and sophistication but at the same time manages a laid back atmosphere with fantastic service. The grounds are simply stunning and it reminds you of an English country estate, especially with the polo grounds nearby. The decor as well, while modern, has a touch of yesteryear. While it does suits families the set up ensures that those adults looking for peace and quiet can still be accommodated. The owners and managers are wonderfully friendly and it would be my ideal wedding location! It is far enough away from the busy beaches etc of the Garden Route to provide solace but close enough to enjoy the many activities on offer when the mood strikes you. I would highly recommend a stay at Kurland Estate.
