The thing that struck me about La Plume was that I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was for what you got! La Plume blew me away with its exquisite antique furnishings, its scrumptious food and warm hospitality. I stayed in one of the honeymoon suites which was massive! I loved the old style farm furnishings in the bathroom. I really felt like I was on a Cape Dutch farm from yesteryear sitting on the balcony overlooking the farm or in the cosy dining room. I liked everything about La Plume and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone visiting Oudtshoorn
