Lanzerac Manor and Winery, South Africa

Wow! That is really the only way to describe Lanzerac. Driving up to the property through the vineyards and oak trees you feel like you are entering the gates of heaven. Then you are struck with the sight of the gorgeous old Cape Dutch Manor House. Everything about this place screams class and sophistication in with old school finishing. The gardens are exquisite, as are the rooms and the restaurants are so inviting. I will never forget sitting outside on the terrace looking at the Manor House under the trees and thinking I don't want to move from this spot! This hotel is a place to treat yourself in. Worth every single penny!
