I really liked this lodge. It is set in gorgeous gardens with fantastic views of the surrounding coffee plantation. I found this a lovely contrast to the large and intact crater lodges. Despite its large size the lodge is tranquil and relaxing. I would wholly recommend this as an alternative to staying on the rim of the Crater.

Client Comments

The 3 Serena lodges we stayed in were comfortable with good views from the balconies and there was a good variety of food, even for vegetarians. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our driver Makondi was a delight, really knowledgeable, charming and a great driver.
