On the whole I felt all of the Sopa Lodges to be of a very good standard, not least of which the Ngorongoro Sopa. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were huge! The views from the lodge are brilliant and a real selling point as is the unique location the lodge has on the Crater rim. It is the only lodge situated on the eastern side meaning the access road is not shared with other lodges.

Client Comments

The 3 Serena lodges we stayed in were comfortable with good views from the balconies and there was a good variety of food, even for vegetarians. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our driver Makondi was a delight, really knowledgeable, charming and a great driver.
