Kasaka River Lodge is a 30 min flight from Lusaka to Royal Airstrip in the Lower Zambezi followed by an 8 minute drive to destination.

Child Policy
The lodge is one of few safari lodges in Zambia to welcome families and has the most comprehensive Bush Kids programme in Zambia. The lodge does not allow children under 5 years of age. We recommend that children under 12 stay in the same tent as their parents or if the family is larger, that they take the Hippo Pod. Children may participate in the full range of Bush Kids activities.
Accommodation
Kasaka River Lodge offers 8 luxury tented chalets with en-suite bathroom, flush toilets and powerful heated showers. The 1 Honeymoon Tent is the last chalet on the river's edge and has an open-air bath overlooking the Zambezi River. The Hippo Pod a 2 bedroom luxury home, ideal for families or honeymoon party guests wanting an exclusive and private safari experience. It features its own butler and includes the use of a private safari vehicle and a boat with a coxswain.
