- Day 1 - 3:
On arrival in Livingstone, Zambia you will clear customs where you will be met and transferred to the Zambezi Sun Hotel.
Livingstone is the home of the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park or Smoke that Thunders National Park and the famous Victoria Falls. Enjoy your next three days taking in the falls, and enjoying boat cruises up the mighty Zambezi. Perhaps take in a helicopter ride or for the more adventurous there is white water rafting, horse riding or even bungee jumping!

- Day 3 - 6:
Today you will fly by light aircraft from Livingstone via Lusaka to the Lower Zambezi National Park. On arrival you will be met and transferred to the camp. Kasaka River Lodge is a tented camp nestled on the banks of the Zambezi River in the Chiawa Game Management area 4 kilometres by road from the Lower Zambezi National Park - this is the only stretch on the 2,700 kilometre course of the Zambezi River where one finds National Parks on both banks of the river - the Lower Zambezi National Park in Zambia and the famed Mana Pools World Heritage Site in Zimbabwe. The river extends the length of the property and there are breathtaking views over the water with sightings of buffalo, elephant, hippo and crocodile. The National Park is home to herds of elephant and buffalo and offers frequent sightings of lion and leopard. Impala, waterbuck and Kudu are common sightings as are zebra, warthog, monkeys, baboons and hyena. Activities on offer from the camp include game drives, river safaris, Lower Zambezi fishing, vintage walking safaris, bush kid’s programme and Zambezi River canoeing.

- Note:
At Kasaka River Lodge for the under 12s, the lodge prefers Mum to sleep with one child in one tent and Dad to sleep with the other child in the other tent. If this does not suite, there are other options for families known as the Acacia Suite and Hippo Pod which are safari houses. We can easily quote for these if you would prefer this option.
- Day 7:
After a day’s activities you will be flown back to Lusaka for your onward international flight.
