It's reassuring for guests who like to travel responsibly to know that the developers of Ocean Paradise, Bahrain Hotels Company, have taken measures to reduce the environmental impact of this large resort. A waste recycling plant recycles all room, kitchen and laundry waste and the purified water is then used in the gardens. All refrigerators and air conditioners comply with the latest regulations concerning the use of CFCs and other gases harmful to the ozone layer. Guest's rooms have been fitted with modern energy saving devices. All solid roof areas have been designed to collect rain water which is then stored, treated and used to supplement the hotel's water supplies.
