Certified B Corporations® are “leaders in the global movement for inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy.” Achieving this momentous certification means Mahlatini is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on a range of factors; from employee benefits for our incredible team and charitable giving, to responsible supply chain practices.

B Corp™ is more than just a sticker. In order to achieve certification we have to:

• Demonstrate high social and environmental performance.
• Make a legal commitment by changing our corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders, not just shareholders.
• Exhibit transparency and allowing the B Lab to measure our standards publicly.
