The accommodation here was very good and the staff warm and friendly without being intrusive. The game viewing was exceptional and the best we experienced on the whole trip. All the guests ate together which promoted a feeling of intimacy and friendliness. The guides were good but mainly interested in the mammals which suited us for our first camp on our trip. The only thing which prevented us giving this lodge 5/5 was the food which to be honest was quite ordinary.

Beautiful chalets. A fantastic setting with marvellous wildlife (especially birds) near the camp. The staff choir was terrific, They put on a show for a couple's Golden Wedding anniversary. Brilliant guides, great food. A lovely warm feeling in the camp.

A very "smart" camp! Lion and leopard with Cubs. Wild Dog. Hyena waiting for sick Buffalo and calf to die. Sad! Lion at the remains next morning.

Lagoon camp had marvellous rooms and food, and again the guides and trackers were very good. We had less luck spotting animals at Lagoon and as we were few guests there was not such a buzz

This was my favorite location by far. Atmosphere and the staff were perfect. The accommodations were clean, they did a great job keeping bugs and critters out of the "tents". The food was really very good. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the family-style dinners, but that is because we aren't social! This is the camp, and company, I am recommending highly to single female friends wanting to take a safari. If there was one spot we'd go back to - this was it. I loved that there were long drives in the morning. Felt it really gave us an opportunity/best chance to see as much wild life as we could. While they ran more vehicles - there was only the rare occasion (lions feeding) when we saw them. As there weren't any other camps nearby - it was us and the wild.

Lagoon, Northern Botswana, a fabulous setting next to the river and absolute luxury in the middle of nowhere - superb! The food this time was amazing in their own unpretentious way....really, really tasty! Listening to the hippos and painted frogs at night was so therapeutic. Really well looked after by the staff and guides they did their utmost whether it was driving over trees off-road to find wild dogs or setting up a romantic meal in our room for our game-drive return.

Carlos and PD, our guide and tracker respectively, were outstanding. They communicated everything that they saw or thought regarding the safari back to us and their knowledge was excellent. The staff back at the camp were excellent too.
