Little Kwara Camp is situated on a leafy island on the edge of the permanent waters of the Okavango Delta. The private Kwara concession shares a common boundary with Moremi Game Reserve. The spectacular scenery with scattered herds of plains game and the ever-attendant predators helps to enhance your safari. Due to the labyrinth of waterways, islands, seasonal flood plains and bush, Little Kwara is always interesting and varied. Being a small camp, it lends itself perfectly to honeymooners or to small groups who can take over the whole camp.
There are just 5 luxury tents which nestle under the shade of tall trees on raised platforms and each has a wonderful view over the floodplain. Each room has a private, shaded veranda and a spacious bedroom with lounge area. There is a plunge pool in the main area, along with the bar, lounge and dining room, all under open-sided canvas.
Little Kwara is an approximately 45 minute flight from Maun and 50 minute flight from Kasane. The camp is a short drive from the airstrip.
Mokoro trips (year round), boat cruises, guided walks and game drives both off road and at night. Fishing is also offered on request.
