Little Tubu

Found in the Jao Concession of the Okavango Delta, Little Tubu provides an incredible safari experience, with a wide diversity of game and habitats. Located on Hunda, the largest island of the Concession the small camp is tucked away under trees of the surrounding riverine forests and owns views over a seasonal river. The camp is just adjacent to Tubu Tree, its sister camp, yet this does not dent the seclusion and intimacy for which it is known.

The tree canopy huddles around the camp's main area, which is raised above the ground to afford fantastic views across the Okavango floodplains. In this area guests will find the dining room and bar adjacent to which is the inviting swimming pool, ideal for relaxation inbetween activities. These communal spaces are linked to the 3 luxury tents via wooden walkways.

The tents are styled in traditional fashion and are extremely comfortable and spacious, with wooden floors, private viewing decks on which to sit and watch game pass by at your leisure and en-suite bathrooms with outside showers and flush toilets. The area is rich in game, from elephant and blue wildebeest to lion and Burchell's zebra. There are plenty of ways to explore the area and observe these animals with mokoro rides (dug out canoe) and day and night game drives on offer.
