Situated in Botswana's Okavango Delta, Khwai Leadwood Camp is tucked under the trees on the edge of the Khwai River, the only thing that separates the concession from the iconic Moremi Game Reserve, with elephants, hippos, and even lions crossing over the river from time to time. Seeing the wildlife maneuver through the water is an unforgettable experience, even for the most travelled safari veterans.
The camp has six standard tents and one family unit, ensuring an intimate and exclusive wilderness experience. Decorated with an authentic contemporary African style, each tent has a private deck with a day bed. The tents are all en suite with both indoor and outdoor showers and the honeymoon suite has a beautiful, secluded bath on the outside deck. For families, there is a 2-bedroom room connected by an inter-leading walkway. The unit has an indoor bath and a shared deck. The main area of the camp includes a swimming pool, lounge, and a reading area and dining area.

Best game drive guide ever! Again, the staff catered to our needs and far exceeded our expectations. Great food, accommodations, activities, and a wonderful all-around experience.
The newest and nicest camp. Facilities were more comfortable, and internet service was available in the office near the central gathering area. The pool was beautiful. We got to see leopards thanks to our guide who was a great tracker. Ronnie did not like the choices of bourbon in all three camps. …
