Providing arguably the best big game viewing in Africa, Mombo Camp is situated on the northern tip of Chief's Island within the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta. It is built under large shady trees and overlooks an open floodplain which is more often than not alive with wildlife. The surrounding Mombo concession boasts enormous concentrations of plains game and large predators - lions in particular.
Mombo Camp offers 8 spacious suites with a sitting room, indoor and outdoor showers, an elegant copper bathtub, and an outdoor private sala with a double day bed, sunken couch, plunge pool, and wrap-around veranda. Dining at Mombo is sublime, with delicious dinners served right under starry skies.
