The wildlife - animals & birds - viewing and especially the huge number of elephant in Chobe National Park and seeing the Wild Dogs in Lebala were probably the highlights this time around (my second visit to Botswana). But having said that the lions, leopards and cheetahs are spectacular and the Oryx (Gemsbok) and Springbok in the Kalahari are very special too. I am not "into" birds so much but…

When organising the holiday the people at Mahlatini were very helpful with the information they sent in advance, gave excellent advice on places that they felt were 'just for us' after taking our brief into consideration, they upgraded us where they could and over all we had a FANTASTIC time.

The locale of the Zambezi sun was unbeatable, just great. Obviously the Falls were a highlight! The lunch on Livingstone Island was brilliant and swimming in the devils pool was fun. The game drives at Chobe were excellent - special mention to Stanley who was first class.
