The Hilton Luxor Resort and Spa sits on the East bank of the Nile River in the city of Luxor, where the pharaohs of old built their impressive monuments. The stylish rooms offer uninterrupted views from the water’s edge. From the hotel, visit King Tutankhamun’s resting place, sail past the Tombs of Nobles on a traditional sailing boat and soar over the desert and its treasures in a hot air balloon.

The 236 rooms and suites are contemporary in style, with most of them boasting a balcony with garden, Nile, or city views. The suites have double showers and a larger sitting area. For a real spoil, the superior spa suites have a private treatment room, dining area and outdoor whirlpool. There’s a selection of 8 dining venues including Silk Road, for East Asian fare and Olives for local specialties. We also recommend mezze platters by the river at the relaxed Diwan.
