The Oberoi Vindhyavilas Wildlife Resort is a lantern-lit, safari-camp style nature retreat located just minutes outside Bandhavgarh National Park. The park is home to 135 tigers, one of the highest tiger densities in the world. The property offers 2 pool villas and 19 luxury tents. Each bespoke air-conditioned tent is situated in an expansive private garden with a floating island deck. The villas are perfect for couples, families or small groups travelling together and include an 8-metre private pool. The resort's architecture reflects the region's cultural heritage. The interiors feature tribal-inspired details and intricate motifs, and incorporate local art, such as Gond art murals, and lifelike depictions of local wildlife.
In the main area, there’s a library, swimming pool, and fitness centre, an 8-seat bush kitchen, and an open-air restaurant serving meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients. The main activity is guided game drives with naturalists, to spot tigers, leopards, sloth bears, elephants, and bird species. The resort also features a spa with nature-inspired therapies, outdoor yoga sessions, and guided meditation.
