Found in the famous Okavango Delta, Gunn's Camp is surrounded by waterways rich in game and has a wonderful old-world safari ambience, perhaps derived from its long history as one of the Delta's oldest camps. The property is located on the banks of the Boro River and is excellently positioned for a number of activities and incredible game viewing, with Moremi Game Reserve and Chief's Island bordering the camp.
Boasting distinctive African style, the 6 traditional Meru safari tents are very private with a quaint veranda, a relaxing lounge area, and private outdoor showers. The main guest area offers impeccable views overlooking Chief's Island, as well as a swimming pool, a lounge, a library area, and a dining area. At night, walking to the main area from your room can be quite a dreamy experience, with charming wooden walkways strung across the wetlands, all dimly lit by lanterns.

Holiday to Gunn's Camp
Tents were a little on shabby side compared to Pom Pom.Guides were great.
Provision of vegetarian alternatives was disappointing = it was a case of not having the meat. Not much thought was given.
Felt as though the bar was being "monitored". At Pom Pom you were offered drinks and told to help your…
High level of staff to guest ratio, very friendly. Food was good, accommodation was luxurious. Only one issue was erratic hot water which they knew about but could not fix easily as its solar powered.
A really special place. Didn't see as much on safari due to it being all on water but having the camp to ourselves one night and dinner outside our tent was really amazing.
