Begin with a stay at the luxurious One & Only Hotel at Cape Town's V&A Waterfront, perfectly located for the family to stroll to the Waterfront's attractions and to drive to Table Mountain or the beaches of Camps Bay. Heading further afield there are penguins to be seen at Boulder's Beach or older children may wish to go shark cage diving. A stay at the exquisite Babylonstoren Farm Hotel is next. There are walks, bike rides, wine cellar tours and many more activities, both on the farm and in the surrounding Winelands area. Finally, you will head north to the Waterberg region of South Africa and to Ant's Hill Lodge. It is the definition of family-friendly with free babysitting services and a very flexible activity schedule to accommodate children of all ages and interests. Activities include activities such as horseback riding alongside zebra, giraffe and other animals, fishing, guided walks, archery, rhino tracking and bug and spoor walks.
