The hotel was nice and staff very friendly however we found the service lacking and underwhelming at times. Some examples; We were given vouchers for massages however were offered only one time to redeem this due to being fully booked, and the time was actually after we were due to check out. Again…

Although the hotel was great, the explanation of the all inclusive package on our arrival was not as clear as it could have been. This view was echoed by other couples, so this could be passed onto the hotel as feedback.

Very confusing on the gourmet bliss, but once you get your head around it, then it's ok. Shame that a lot of food is not included. Free upgrade not given. Staff on the whole good but could be very poor at times. Good choice of restaurants, very expensive if not on gourmet bliss.

Excellent. Well maintained, nice choice of resturants, great staff, lovely beach. Not sure why they are closing it really. Made us feel really welcome especially on and after Jims birthday. Great choice of restort if a bit expensive for drinks etc.
