A very popular routing, this 3-part itinerary takes in the iconic city of Cape Town, the picturesque Cape Winelands and concludes with a thrilling Big 5 safari in South Africa's famous Kruger Park. Kick off in Cape Town staying at a boutique guest house Four Rosmead. With your own car you will have the freedom to explore the city's many attractions including Table Mountain and the V&A Waterfront. Then slow the pace somewhat at Franschhoek Country House in the winelands, known as the gastronomic route of South Africa. Eat and drink to your heart's content whilst also enjoying the beautiful scenery.
The third and final element of the trip is in the north of the country, a Big-5 safari in the Timbavati Private Game Reserve bordering South Africa's famous Kruger National Park. Spend your time on exciting morning and afternoon game drives. During your down time you can laze by the pool or have a siesta. Candlelit evening meals will be spent under the African night sky.
