An active itinerary for the adventurous traveller. Enjoy superb game viewing in the sensational Okavango Delta, and if you travel during the flood season you can enjoy both water and land based game viewing. Follow this with an exciting few days in the Makgadikgadi Pans. One of the largest salt pans in the world, and with an eerie moon like surface, this is a truly a contrast from the lush greens of the delta in certain seasons. Enjoy fossil beaches and boulders the size of buses, and delve into the culture and history of the Kalahari bushmen. Also partake in a mobile camping experience here, travelling on quad bikes across the pans and onwards to Kubu Island, a granite island with giant baobabs and mysterious ruins rising over seemingly endless, white salt flats. Whilst this is an adventure trip, there is no compromises made on accommodation, throughout the trip, you will be hosted in luxurious camps offering personalised service and expert guiding.
Whatever your budget, our travel experts will work with you and give expert advice to make the very most of your available time and funds.
