Unquestionably one of the best game viewing areas in Zambia, if not Africa, the South Luangwa offers a phenomenal game viewing experience. Guests can immerse themselves into the adventure through walking safaris, game drives and water activities (seasonal). Start your stay in the famous Mfuwe Lodge, elephants walk right through reception in November to get to the Mango trees in the courtyard! Following your stay in Mfuwe Lodge you will make your way to Kapamba Camp, set on the Kapamba River. End your safari with two nights at the delightful Chindeni Tented Camp. You can choose to walk between camps, for a true Zambian safari experience, or for those feeling less adventurous you can always travel in a vehicle. Expect huge herds of elephant, pods of hippo and excellent big cat sightings!
