Elephant Pepper Camp

Situated within the protected and private Koiyaki wilderness area is Elephant Pepper Camp. Set in its own piece of wilderness and away from other camps, Elephant Pepper lies on the beautiful northern edge of the Masai Mara. The Camp brings its guests back to nature with no traffic and no permanent structures to spoil your view, just the sights and sounds of the African bushveld.

Elephant Pepper Camp offers 8 en-suite tents (4 doubles and 4 twin tents). The spacious canvas tents have an en suite dressing room, eco-friendly flush loos and safari showers, a private veranda and hammock. All overlook the savannah plains and offer a luxurious but authentic safari experience. The camp also offers a large honeymoon tent which can comfortably fit 2 extra beds making it suitable for families.

Extended game drives, which continue into the evening, make game viewing a complete and exciting experience and your guides will really bring the stories of the Masai Mara to life. However, game viewing can also be achieved at your leisure, especially from the comfort of the main area. Equipped with an inviting lounge, bar and dining area, guests can also expect the luxury of a viewing platform; ideal for some casual game watching in-between excursions.

Getting There

Fly into the Musiara airstrip, 45 minutes flight from Nairobi and then transfer to reach the camp. To road transfer from Nairobi takes about 6 - 7 hours.

Activities

2 game drives per day, bush walks, bush breakfasts, cultural visits and sundowners.

Much more animals to see here. Very friendly place, great tour guide James. Which he tried his very best for us to see the lions before we leave. And we sure did, this made my husband extra happy. Good food , great views especially on our breakfast and lunch areas outside in the wild.
