Kicheche Bush Camp

Kicheche Bush Camp is a classic and intimate, completely unfenced luxury tented camp, accommodating a maximum of twelve guests. The Camp is located in the Masai Mara Reseve within the prime wildlife area of the Olare Motorogi Conservancy, also conveniently located for catching the famous wildebeest migration. The exclusivity of the Conservancy facilitates incomparable game viewing.

The camp offers 6 spacious, fully insect-proof custom designed tents. Bathrooms are en-suite and are equipped with safari bucket shower, flushing toilet and running water. Solar power is provided 24 hours and comfortable veranda chairs are perfect to relax in and view the game-filled plains beyond. The lounge, bar and dining tent are in a small copse of acacias, and hammocks are hung between nearby trees.

Getting There

Access is from Ol Kiombo airstrip, 40 minutes game drive away. There are scheduled flights daily from Nairobi (1 hr. flight), Mombasa, Naivasha, Samburu and Nanyuki. By road: a 5 hour 30 minute drive from Nairobi.

Activities

Morning and late afternoon game drives, interpretive bush walks, hot air balloon safaris, village, school visits and fly camping.

Another beautiful camp with the same very high standard of staff, accommodation & food as Laikipia with its own unique style. Large airy tents & very comfortable beds.
