Discover Siruai Mobile Camp

Reminiscent of a bygone era, Siruai Mobile Camp is an authentic, immersive mobile safari camp experience in central Kenya. Within the privately owned Suyian ranch, the camp overlooks the Ewaso Narok River valley and the Laikipia Plateau, with views of Mount Kenya. An outdoor adventurer’s paradise, you will discover this wild corner of Kenya on game drives or on foot. You can even go kayaking or tubing in the river just beneath the waterfall. The area is home to rare species such as the Grevy’s zebra, African wild dog and reticulated giraffe.

The camp’s 7 canvas tents each have private verandas and are hidden amongst big granite boulders and fig trees. They have spectacular views, inviting beds, ensuite flushing lavatories and bucket showers. The mess tent sits at the top of a ridge overlooking a salt lick and waterhole, where elephant and Grevy’s zebra are regular visitors.  Here you will find a long table flanked by safari chairs where everyone eats together. Adding to the authentic vibe, meals are cooked on an open fire and at night you will sit with your drinks immersed in wilderness under some of the starriest skies you’ll see.
