One of the few luxury island resorts where the pristine white sand beach surrounds the entire island, Anantara Kihavah offers just 79 private pool villas, but with a choice of no less than 9 different types. Lead-in Beach Pool Villas and Over Water Pool Villas are some 260m2, both sleeping up to 2 adults & 2 children. We also particularly like the two-bedroom Family Beach Pool Villa, while six stunning two and three-bedroom Residences provide options for larger families. All villas boast large infinity pool, expansive sundeck with daybeds, hammocks and sun loungers as well as dining pavilion.

Many award-winning dining options await at Anantara Kihavah. 'Sea' is a one-of-a-kind over and underwater restaurant, which also has the world's first underwater wine cellar. 'Fire' is the resort's Teppanyaki restaurant, 'Salt' offers Asian flavours, while 'Sky' has international tappas and snacks from its rooftop location. 'Plates', the main restaurant, provides international and Maldivian cuisine, while 'Manzaru' has all-day snacks, but becomes gourmet Italian cuisine each evening. Should you seek a private romantic meal on your Maldives honeymoon, a specially designed menu can be created and served in a choice of island locations.

A comprehensive choice of resort activities caters for all tastes, from tennis, badminton, volleyball and an open-air cinema 'on land', to an array of water sports including snorkelling with a marine biologist to scuba diving courses. Sunset cruises and excursions to Hanifaru Bay can be arranged, as can cookery classes and wine tasting. The Thiththi Boli kids club provides a daily activity programme for younger guests, while the Anantara Spa offers six over-water treatment pavilions and a range of signature treatments.

Anantara Kihavah is the perfect island paradise for a luxury family holiday in the Maldives. Sail, fish, swim, scuba dive, relax on the beach or your private deck, enjoy a spa treatment, and delight in a host of award-winning dining options. Being located so close to the equator and with non-polluted skies, Anantara Kihavah's unique new observatory, 'Sky', lets guests discover the stars from both hemisphere's. Combined with a luxury new cocktail bar and a resident astronomer, this has to be the perfect place to do a bit of star-gazing!
