Hotel position was great and the public areas were lovely. The room was a little disappointing but then again we had been spoilt in South Africa! Similarly the food wasn't particularly inspiring except in The Cove restaurant where it was excellent. Staff were plentiful and very friendly and helpful. We were bombarded with information about what we were and were not entitled to as part of the all inclusive package when we first arrived which seemed very prescriptive (and again so different to outh Africa). Nevertheless it was a perfect relaxing end to our holiday and gave us time to reflect before going back to work. One point . mauritours (the agent) were disappointing. They weren't waiting for us at the airport, we had to find them. The rep was 1 1/2 hours late for our welcome meeting and I had to phone them to find out the pick up details.

Very nice. Beautiful location, nice rooms. Food was ok, nothing wrong with it but i found it a little uninspiring on occasion. Service very high quality. Very helpful when we left a bracelet behind.

Paradise Cove was a little more commercial and less personal than the Serondella lodge but then it was a larger venue and this was to be expected. The setting was beautiful and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and the food of excellent quality. On the first day we had meetings with a hotel representative and a Mauritours representative trying to sell us excursions which we felt was a little intrusive but we were left to relax and enjoy ourselves for the rest of the week.
